No returns or exchanges on shipped items.
Once your product is packed but still in house- there will be a restocking fee of 15% if cancelled.

IF you place an order and need to change something related to it- time is of the essence. As long as it is still in our shop (meaning not on a UPS truck) than we can accommodate any of your requests. BUT you need to call or text Trish ASAP. Do not email. We need to act fast before the UPS driver comes!
Refund to Store Pick-up
To receive a refund by store pick-up, please email or text us and we will make arrangements. firstname.lastname@example.org email@example.com Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
